FINANCIAL PROTECTION
By law, Insider Tours Limited must comply with the 1992 Package Travel Regulations, see 20-21. These protect your payments to us and cover you financially until the moment you leave on your holiday.
Your money is protected by means of a trust account. We will only bank money into Insider Tours Limited account where it can be directly transferred into a trust account. Our trustee is Mr. Tommy Frampton, a Chartered Certified Accountant, of RJG accountants, Fareham, Hampshire. Such monies held in the trust account can only be released to Insider Tours Limited once Mr. Tommy Frampton is satisfied that your holiday has reached its conclusion, including sufficient funds to ensure your repatriation if required.
